Spain is a big country, more than twice the size of the UK, with a lot of local foods that have not had the attention they deserve. As unashamed foodies, who live in Spain, we want to share some of the delights that we have discovered. To start with Sherry: I stupidly dismissed this as an awful drink that my auntie Mabel used to have to much of at Christmas. What a surprise when I found that Sherryis a region, called that by the English who came in the 16th century, and could not pronounce Jerez,( pron. Hereth)or from the Arabic name for Jerez ( Serif). The wines that this area produce are now my favourite drink, they compliment the food so well.

We select your orders on a weekly bases. They are then transported to distribution centers in each country we export to. This means you will have your order within fourteen days of placing it. We can only distribute to EU countries at present.
